The Public School system has failed because it was co-opted by idealogues and activists instead of educators and advocates. You get what you deserve when you abdicated rationality for emotionality. Case and point allowing Satanists to set up "After School Satan Club" because there are other Religious after school clubs, under the doctrine of fairness.

You are also privy to gay libraries because teaching English isn't nearly as important as indoctrinating High School kids with borderline pron.
