Fixing a noisy dryer

Our dryer started making a thumping noise even when it was run empty, time to take it apart and see what went wrong!

This is an easy repair for most common dryers: Inglis, LG, Whirlpool, Roper, Admiral, Maytag, Estate and others.

Parts for this repair cost about $70 CAD from a local vendor, we could have had them cheaper by getting them online, but we wanted to repair this machine the same day.
