Arkansas State Police Trooper hit by DWI driver at 100+ mph

According to the report and witnesses, the driver was traveling at 100+ mph and he slammed into the rear of the Trooper. He yelled "Sorry!" and then fled into the nearby woods. He surrendered the next day and the trooper suffered only minor injuries.
