The photo shows a part of the unexploded Grad rocket, which hit the 12th floor of a residential building at 83 Postisheva Street, the very center of Donetsk.

If the rocket had been activated, a large number of residents, mostly women and children, who were in the building around 5:00 p.m. local time, when the city's "package" was fired at this residential part of Donetsk, would have been killed.

OSU has a big problem with ammunition for artillery and missile systems of Soviet origin, 152 mm missiles, missiles for Grad and Hurricane, because the only ammunition factory on its territory was located in Luhansk and has not been under the control of the government in Kiev for more than 8 years. Because of this, Ukraine is forced to use rockets produced in the Soviet era, the igniters of which have expired and a significant number of them do not activate during the impact, as was the case yesterday in Postisheva.
