One night, I wasn't peakin', I was TWEAKIN'! Never before this one night had I experienced anxiety to this degree. I tried to focus on my breathing, I tried to distract myself, I tried everything I could and yet, I just couldn't manage to calm myself down. Eventually, I found myself sitting in my room, having what I can only describe as an out of body experience. Watching myself in such an uncomfortable state of panic, led me to do what I love the most, CREATING MUSIC! Long story short, this song was born as a lullaby to myself, and now the world, with the thought in mind "What would I want someone to serenade me with if I was trippin' out and needed to be calmed down?"
