Why will some western companies pay a hefty price for ignoring Jiang Zemin’s brutal legacy?

Former CCP leader Jiang Zemin had friends in the West while Xi Jinping doesn’t have many. When Jiang died, western media generally praised him for bringing China to economic prominence while gently touching on his human rights record. However, the West has failed to recognize Jiang’s brutal legacy. If the West doesn’t cut the ties to the Jiang era, their business in China may soon become their biggest liability. I presented a list of technology and pharmaceutical companies that don't have long-term prospects in China because of their association with Jiang Zemin's legacy.
