Matthew management quote, "Don't Expect What You Don't Inspect." A good father, mother, owner, boss, manager, or CEO of corporation knows to ask, "Who did this work?" Then we champion the person in public, and explain the problems in private (Private Message).

9 out of 10 employees will do about anything, lie, cheat, and steal to not be held responsible for their work. This is reality, but the 1 in 10 is proud, has pride, wants to do excellent work; and they put their name on their work, even take a selfie, add a photo. They want to receive the accolade, the fame of doing great work.

10 out of 10 want to be great, wise, respected.

From a management point of view, from a friend point of view, --- There is no reason to inspect a comment, unless the person has his, or her name on it. We require people to be super-verified, to have correct honest profile photos. This is why we are not Fakebook, or Trolls of Twitter, or Sex of Instagram.

When a person says something, and the world can expect honesty, because we inspect what they say, by their peers, people stop being children, and be adults, they talk honestly.

Yet, all organizations start with examples. People who want to be honest, attract more honest people, and the dishonest want to run, leave. There is no social place for trolls here, we will hide them and they will get negative CREDS, and they will either start to inspire, or slowly learn, I need to think about this, why do I have negative CREDs?

The requirement to be super-verified, it to allow us to inspect the person, to expect the person to a person of respect, because we can inspect who they are.

Fun stuff, people would be wise to invest, even gamble, on this site, because I am sure we are the future of social networks. Even Elon Musk is trying to get rid of troll accounts. We are maybe at 1/2 percent, and the Super-Verified feature gets rid of them.

Invest in the future of social networks... LOL

The safest social network on the Internet.

I will thank a group of ex-drunks for teaching me the value of brutal honesty. Thank you Bill W. and Dr. Bob.
