My mom had a procedure done on her brain that required her to shave her head. She told me 2 days ago she was embarrassed and very self conscious about having no hair.

She also told me she was not planning on leaving the house until it grew back.

I called and told her I would shave my head in solidarity with her, but she had to agree to leave the house at least twice a week, with a scarf or hat on, and live her life because nobody really cares about her having no hair, except her.

She agreed with my terms, and this is the video of me shaving my head, with Hurricanes help.

My mother has no man / boyfriend / husband in her life, and the simplest self esteem issues for some are HUGE deals for a single woman, especially at her age.
