HEROS - Military personnel of Western MD are awarded regular state and departmental awards

💪 The military personnel within the special military operation showed heroism and skillful management of the entrusted units, equipment and weapons.

⭐️ The soldiers, sergeants, warrant officers and officers of the Western Military District (MD) who distinguished themselves at the frontline, were presented with combat awards: Orders of Courage, Bravery and Rescue Medals, insignia of the Order of St George - St George's Cross IV class, Zhukov Medal, Military Valour and Combat Excellence. A number of servicemen were awarded regular military ranks ahead of schedule. The officers of the Western MD command and unit commanders conducted the awarding.

The soldiers were thanked for their personal contribution to the common cause and selfless military service, they were wished good health and success to the Motherland.
