Virgin Islands AIR BNB Investment Breakdown Of The Numbers

Guys this video was taken in early summer when interest rates were lower. These are very rough back of the envelope type numbers obviously not doing a full IRR calculation in this video we didn’t account for construction oversight and subsequently travel expenses. Additionally the upside of this project post renovation is kind of prohibitive as compared to buying something as is ready to rent. Obviously the rental rate and occupancy would be higher with a modern remodeled house however there are houses to be had in the 1.5 mil range with ability to rent as is. So from time & energy involvement this is not a great deal. unless the house can be acquired at a large discount, which I tried persistently and the owner did not accept.
