The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy in his address said that 1,331 Ukrainians have already been released during the full-scale war. Ukraine will not leave a single Ukrainian in Russian prisons, camps and ‘isolation,’ Volodymyr Zelenskyy assured.’We worked at various levels in European capitals in order to gain a critical mass of support for the launch of a special tribunal – a tribunal on Russian aggression,’ he added.
