England captain Harry Kane has sent his best wishes to former Brazil international Pele following the news that he has moved to end of life treatment as he battles colon cancer.

Kane was speaking ahead of England’s World Cup last 16 clash versus Senegal on Sunday at Qatar’s Al Bayt Stadium.

The England captain was saddened by the news and described Pele as an “inspiration” and an "incredible person and player”.
