Lesson 68: Love Holds No Grievances

To hold onto grievances is to forget who you are. Begin today’s meditation by searching your mind for anyone you may have grievances against, including yourself.

Remind yourself saying, “I would see you as my friend, that I may remember you are a part of me and come to know myself.” Think of yourself in perfect peace with everyone and holding no grievances. “Love holds no grievances. When I let all of my grievances go I will know that I am perfectly safe.”

A visit to the Creator of all that is, becomes the power to release grievances and invite the peacefulness and awakening into our heart, mind, soul and spirit.
