Twin Blast needs a nerf Paragon the over prime

Just want to give my thoughts on that twin blast and how strong he is currently in Paragon. Hopefully he gets a nerve because he really needs it honestly all the rangers need it but he in particular is way too strong. In Paragon the over prime they need to nerve his cooldowns and increase everything for MP and decrease his damage across the board in my opinion.
