Oliver Reed stars in Hammer's only werewolf movie, The Curse of the Werewolf. A great, atmospheric, with a wonderful, sweaty, shuddering performance from Reed. The origins of how the werewolf comes to be is a bit vague and the astonishingly beautiful Yvonne Romain only features for a criminally short time, but this is a wonderful film, with a fantastic climax.
