Strange Lights in the Clinton sky

Just some video and pictures I captured of some sort of strange light phenomenon in the sky over Clinton, Ontario Canada on the evening of December 2, 2022. They were stationary and blinking, some white, green and red. Funny enough we had just had our town Christmas parade earlier and the lights matched the traditional Christmas colors.
