It's probably colder where you are than it is where I am but it's still cold enough in the desert for me to be in soup mode. I want to make it and I want to eat it. This is a great soup to make for a party or gathering because it turns out quite a bit or it can be divided into half regular #ChickenSoup and half Tortilla Chicken Soup. Either way, I can eat it for days or freeze it and have an easy hot meal to warm up on a cold evening
