A TRADITIONAL HERBAL REMEDY
USED FOR COLDS AND FLU

BENEFITS:
• anti-inflammatory
• immune-boosting
• antibacterial and anti-viral
• digestive aid

1/2 cup grated ginger root
1/2 cup grated horseradish root
I medium onion, chopped
10 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
8-10 cayenne peppers

Several sprigs of fresh rosemary apple cider vinegar raw local honey to taste.

Place all ingredients in a jar.

Pour apple cider vinegar over the ingredients to cover. Let infuse for 6 weeks (or more).

Strain and add honey to taste.

DOSAGE:
• 1 TBSP up to 3 times daily
• 1-3 TBSP when sick

HOW TO USE:
• take a shot
• mix with water, juice, or tea
• add to recipes, salad dressings & marinades
