Emanuel Fróes is a brazilian professional and independent freelancer composer based in Austria since 2011, where he currently works as choir director of the St. Vitus Church, in Tirol. His production shows more than 200 published tracks and 10 hours of original compositions, meaning a wide and diverse repertoire for many musical idioms and instruments, going from music for film and games to classical, contemporary concert music. He also won an international composition prize by Petrichor Records in 2019. This experience he provides to dedicated music students as an online teacher at the Austrian conservatory for church music and in private lessons, using up-to-date teaching and compositional technologies. Emanuel is also music producer and provide arrangement, engraving, transcription, mixing and specialised MIDI services: He arranged and transcribed songs for the renowned finish music education company Yousician, and managed the database of the content delivery department.

Emanuel worked 10 years as organist in the city center of Salzburg and is specialised in liturgical and piano concert improvisation at Mozarteum University Salzburg, in Austria - where he finished his degree in Composition & Music Theory - and in Music Philosophy at the Paris-Lodron Universität Salzburg/Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. Under his teachers count internationally acclaimed musicians, like Jaques Rouvier, Florian Birsak, the composers Alexander Müllenbach,Klaus Fessman, and Etrugl Sevsay, author of an acclaimed contemporary treatise on classical and contemporary orchestration. Emanuel is also networked to elite professional musicians, like members of the Hagen Quartet, but also has a huge cinematic sample library at his disposal. These attributes, next to an inspired and gifted piano improvisation, make him an especial candidate for any project requiring thoughtful, rich and expressive incidental music.
