Today I am making elderberry syrup from frozen organic elderberries that I harvested from my property a few weeks ago. If you want to see that video, click this link here https://youtu.be/ZuGY-QmdfoI. While there, make sure you subscribe to my Farm/Homestead channel, Early Bird Farm, SC.
I got the inspiration for my recipe from the following YouTube Channels and Blogs:
Outdoors and Country Living https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vhz_qDaL52g
Mary's Nest https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g741077DL8g

My Recipe:
2 Cups Frozen or Fresh Elderberries
4 cups Filtered or Distilled water
1/2 tsp Ground Clove
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Peeled, fresh ginger to taste
1/2 cup of honey
