Homemade Pan Pizza is super simple with minimal ingredients you probably already have in your Pantry. The best part is that pizza is infinitely customizable to suit the tastes of even the pickiest eaters in your family.

Just mix & knead 300g water, salt, 2 tbs yeast & 500g all-purpose flour and leave it on your kitchen counter (or any warm place) overnight. This recipe requires a long fermentation process so let it rest for at least 12 hours. Divide it, shape it, top it with your favorite pizza flavors and bake directly onto your cast iron skillet in a hot oven for 8 - 10 minutes to make a delicious, homemade pizza.
