Grilled Salmon and Shrimp on the Pit Boss Griddle

Cooking on the Pit Boss Ultimate Griddle again, this time some salmon filets with shrimp and prosciutto wrapped asparagus.

The whole point of purchasing this was for this purpose, quick and easy dinners with minimal cleanup. So far we've accomplished that mission!
