Biden signs bill to avert rail strike

President Joe Biden signed legislation Friday to impose a labor agreement on rail unions, averting a nationwide disruption of rail service during the holidays. "If rail had shut down, it would have devastated our economy," Mr. Biden said at the White House before signing the legislation.
