Maricopa county smoking gun... why does my ballot not match?

After taking a video from the outside, of the tabulators rejecting 11 minutes of votes, when it was my turn to vote, my ballot was rejected 30x. I asked for a reprint. They obliged and spoiled my first ballot. They reprinted me a new ballot.
Side by side, it is clear the ballots are not identical. Marking added, margins and font size different, bar code info different.. they are not the same. They were never meant to be counted.

My new ballot rolled thru on the first shot. 40 to 50 others then got reprints. They experienced the same thing. He ballot was accepted right away.

These were rejected, so that they didn't have to be counted.

Another question. Since the documents that were dropped in box#3 have a different code that can't be read on the local tabulators, what makes the downtown machines so different that they can read the incorrectly printed ballots??

Chain of custody issues:
Why is it that at the end of the night, 2 volunteers, (not security. Not police officers, not even cameras) jump in their prius (Likely stop for a celebratory Starbucks for surving 12 hours of angry mob like people who are having trouble voting)..... so your local nice grannies Ethel and Agnes ...... drive the ballots to a drop point warehouse.. and then someone else delivers the ballots downtown? I have cameras watching me now when I check out cashier at home depot. We have no human or camera protecting our votes?
