Biden Admin. approves $380M missile sale to Finland

The possible $380 million sale consists of stinger anti-aircraft shoulder-fired missiles and related equipment. This follows the administration's Monday approval of a separate $323.3 million arms sale to Finland. Both deals come as Finland, which shares a border with Russia, seeks to join NATO.
