Day 5 Focus: The Weston A. Price Food Pyramid/Principles
That's right... everything (or almost everything) the government told you to eat was wrong. Fats aren't bad (though hydrogenated oils are). Cereal isn't a great way to start the day. ET CETERA, ET CETERA, ET CETERA (name that movie!).
The best part about the WAP (Weston A Price) way of eating?
It's DELICOUS.
