Is 8001 kHz a new Russian shortwave radio station? Why does it sound like UVB-76?

The frequencies of interest are 8001 kHz, 7700 kHz, 9041 kHz, 9900 kHz, and 10200 kHz. I believe in all cases, USB tuning. Credits to FirstToken, L'Universa in una radio, SWRadio36, and EddyTanoca. Relevant links below. Thanks as well to tone, who is always a pleasant and knowledgeable individual to speak with in the UTwente SDR chatbox.

Is 8001 kHz actually the new UVB-76? I don't know. This video is put together for your consideration. The timing of its activity is unusual, and appears to activity corresponding to Russian military activites in Ukraine, but this train of thought can be subject to bias (selection bias in particular). This short video is put together from some recordings I made myself and found on Youtube and Twitter. It is for the audience's consideration. If you strongly disagree, please let me know in the comments! The point of this video is to start a discussion about something I think merits discussion right now, and frequencies that may be worth keeping an eye on.
