Been 3 years since I tried filming a Youtube video, I have learned a lot since then but put very little into action. By doing this routine I've managed to get over my own nonsense and become productive again.

Again, been studying this stuff for a while, failing to try things fully and talking myself out of being happy long-term, for short-term pleasures.
I've tried to make this as personable as I can, there's so much boring content out there and I just want to try and get eyes on the prize of self-discovery, maybe making you laugh at some point. Or realise that if this loser can get himself through the day, you can too!

In part two you will see a bit more confidence and energy as I've been doing this routine daily for a while now and really feeling the benefits.
I have really had fun putting this and a few more videos together that I'll be uploading soon, I really don't care if you think it's lame. I know it will help someone.
