Hemorrhoids, also known as plies, are swollen blood vessels in the lower rectum, and are one of the most common causes of anal pathology. Although hemorrhoids are a common condition diagnosed in clinical practice, many patients are too embarrassed to seek treatment. Consequently, the true prevalence of pathologic hemorrhoids is not known.
One of the most common causes of hemorrhoids is constipation.
Additional causes include pregnancy, and portal hypertension, a serious condition associated with liver cirrhosis.
Several risk factors are also associated with the development of hemorrhoids, including the following.
Lack of erect posture.
Family history of hemorrhoids.
Chronic diarrhea.
Colon cancer.
Liver disease.
Obesity.
Spinal cord injury.
Rectal surgery.
Anal intercourse.
Inflammatory bowel disease, including ulcerative colitis, and Crohn disease.

Diet of a patient with hemorrhoids should always include foods with high fiber content.
And at the same time, these people must avoid foods with low fiber content as much as possible to reduce straining of the hemorrhoids.

03. Cruciferous vegetables.
04. Root vegetables.

07. Fluids.

While taking these foods, you also need to reduce the uptake of certain foods.
These include, Low fiber foods like dairy, white flour, red meat, and processed meat. As well as Salty foods, Spicy foods, because they can induce pain and discomfort associated with hemorrhoids. And also, you should avoid caffeinated beverages, and alcohol, because they will cause hardening of stools.
