Hello and Welcome to the FDU Wealth Management Advisory Club Meeting. In this meeting, we have Mike Flynn, Managing Director & Wealth Advisor at Peapack Private to come and speak to us. He advises private, high-net worth individuals and affluent families on how to invest their portfolios and plan their finances to meet their personal financial goals. Michael offers a wide range of services including risk, investment, tax, retirement, and estate planning. Michael has over 25 years of financial services experience. Prior to Peapack Gladstone Bank, he worked as a Financial Planner at Prudential Advisors; Financial Advisor at LPL Financial and Edward Jones Investments; and as a Manager at Prudential Financial. Additionally, Michael served as Assistant Vice President, Compliance Officer at Deutsche Bank and UBS Financial Services, Inc. and as a Compliance Examiner at FINRA. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from New Jersey City University and an M.B.A. from Saint Peter’s University. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Retirement Income Certified Professional®, Accredited Asset Management Specialist™, FINRA (Series 7 & 66), and is a State of New Jersey Life and Health Insurance Producer. Before beginning his career in financial services, Michael served as a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force.

Wealth Management Advisory Club aims to provide a space where students can develop an understanding of Wealth Management, learn the importance of setting goals to achieve financial success, enable students to discover their career passions, and create a sense of community for those interested in Wealth Management Advisory.

This club is open to not just all FDU Silberman Business Majors, but all majors at FDU, FDU Silberman Professors, Staff, and Alumni are invited to come and join the club.
