When it comes to nutrition, every fruit is healthy, especially if they are eaten raw.
But, how many of you eat fruits regularly? Not many I guess.
Fruits are an excellent source of essential vitamins and minerals, and they are high in fiber.
Fruits also provide a wide range of health-boosting antioxidants, including flavonoids. Eating a diet high in fruits and vegetables can reduce a person's risk of developing heart disease, cancer, inflammation, and diabetes.
So, in this video we are going to look at 7 most nutritious fruits on the planet.
01. Blueberries.
Blueberries are well known for their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
In particular, they are high in anthocyanin, a plant pigment and flavonoid that gives blueberries their characteristic blue-purple color. This compound helps fight cell-damaging free radicals that can lead to disease.
Numerous studies have shown that a diet high in anthocyanins is associated with a lower risk of many diseases, including type 2 diabetes, heart disease, obesity, high blood pressure, certain types of cancer, and cognitive decline.
This incredible fruit is low in calories, and high in fiber, as well as vitamin C, vitamin K, manganese, and several other nutrients.
02. Avocado.
This fruit is often called a Superfood due to its many health benefits.
Unlike most other fruits, avocados are high in healthy fats and low in natural sugars.
They also contain high amounts of potassium, fiber, vitamin B6, folate, vitamins E and K, and two carotenoids known as lutein and zeaxanthin, which support eye health.
Studies have found that consuming avocados is linked with a reduced risk of heart disease, diabetes, and many other diseases.

Most people think that bananas is good only for increasing their potassium level.
But, they give you more than that.
Apart from their high potassium content, they contain vitamin C, vitamin B6, magnesium and other essential micronutrients.

Apple is a popular fruit in all the countries around the world.
They are rich in both soluble and insoluble fiber, such as pectin, hemicellulose, and cellulose, which help you manage your blood sugar levels, promote good digestion, and support gut and heart health.
In addition, they are a good source of vitamin C and plant polyphenols, which are disease-fighting compounds found in plants. In fact, consuming apples regularly may lower your risk of heart disease, stroke, cancer, obesity, and neurological disorders.
