Is Grendel the most overpowered warframe right now?

Grendel has been my favorite since i unlocked him.
after the most recent changes grendel's kit got an extreme upgrade.

hopefully people still stay uninterested in grendel, so that DE don't patch this anytime soon, so we can abuse this build for as long as possible.
