Nearly all conifer needles are safe to consume and use. Never use trees that may of been sprayed, this can make you very sick. Ones to AVOID THAT ARE TOXIC: Ponderosa pine, Lodgepole pine, Jeffrey pine, and the yew pine!
*Warnings- never mistake a Eastern Hemlock conifer for a flowering hemlock plant when hearing this, Flowering hemlock plants are extremely poisonous and should not be messed with. All YEW trees are very toxic and never use or consume any part of them. If you have allergies to pine, I'd avoid or do I skin patch test first.

Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.
