Biden says can 'tweak' Inflation Act to include European allies

"There are tweaks (in the Inflation Reduction Act) that we can make that can fundamentally make it easier for European countries to participate and/or be on their own," U.S. President Joe Biden said at a joint press conference with French President Emmanuel Macron.
