The Verdict Is In On Boeing And Southwest MAX Price Fixing Scam And RICO Conspiracy Charges Lawsuit

In a class action lawsuit in 2019 Boeing and Southwest were accused of raising prices for 737 MAX flights even tho they knew the MCAS system was a danger to the aircraft. They were also charged with Conspiracy and RICO Predict chargers of basically forming an alliance to deceive the public to fly on a dangerous aircraft and also inflating prices at the same time.
