Pennsylvania Democrat Senate nominee John Fetterman accidentally said during a rally that he celebrated the Supreme Court's decision to overrule the landmark 1973 abortion case Roe v. Wade.
"I run on Roe v. Wade. I celebrate the demise of Roe v. Wade," Fetterman said Saturday during a Philadelphia rally featuring gubernatorial candidate Josh Shapiro, former President Barack Obama and President Joe Biden. The Supreme Court struck down Roe v. Wade in June, determining in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health that abortion is not a constitutionally protected right.
