Ingredients
TOPPINGS
2 cups Jumbo shrimp (deschelled and deveined)
2 cups Mozzarella cheese
1 cup Cocktail sauce (*instructions below)

COCKTAIL SAUCE
1 cup Ketchup
¼ cup Horseradish
1 tbsp Lemon juice (½ Lemon)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

WILD PIZZA DOUGH
2 cups Sourdough starter (active)
1 cup Bread flour
1 tsp Salt

Instructions
WILD PIZZA DOUGH (1 hour)
1). Make your dough by mixing the sourdough starter, bread flour (adding a bit of flour at a time until it takes shape but is still a little sticky) and salt together. Knead the dough for 30 seconds, flour lightly as needed. Or add a little water if it's too dry.
2). Place the wild dough in a lightly floured bowl and cover with a towel, set aside for 1 hour. (The pizza steel or stone needs to preheat for 1 hour as well, so preheat oven to 550°F after you finish making your pizza dough).

PIZZA
1). Preheat oven to 550°F with baking steel or pizza stone inside the oven for 1 hour.
2). In frying pan on medium-heat add oil and jumbo shrimp cook 1-2 minutes each side, remove.
3). In bowl add ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice, mix well.
4). Grate mozzarella cheese.
5). Flour surface and roll out the dough, flour lightly as needed. Put a floured pizza peel underneath the dough.
6). Add cocktail sauce, then mozzarella cheese, then cooked jumbo shrimp. Pat down toppings.
7). Bake pizza in the oven at 550° F. for 8-10 minutes.
8). Remove pizza from oven with pizza peel and let cool for 5 minutes. Slice it up!
