RULES:
VSTAR Pokémon have a game-changing Ability or attack that’s called a VSTAR Power. You can only use 1 VSTAR power during the entire game regardless of how many VSTAR pokemon you play. Turn the special VSATR marker face down to indicate you have used your VSTAR power for the game. If your Pokémon VSTAR is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards. VSTAR is a new stage. These cards count as Evolution cards, and all the normal rules for Evolution apply to Pokémon VSTAR. And although Pokémon VSTAR is considered a different stage, they are still considered Pokémon V—so if something affects Pokémon V, it also affects Pokémon VSTAR.
