Conflicting Messages From Russia

Russia warns of sliding into a nuclear war if two nuclear powers go to war. This statement is followed up by Russia claiming that the US and NATO are directly involved in the Ukraine conflict. Russia is still standing by they have never mentioned using a tactical nuke or an atomic weapon. Believe what you want but this conflict seems to be ramping up.
