Senate Republicans split on rail strike decision

Members of the House passed legislation aimed at preventing a railroad strike on Wednesday. As it passes through to the Senate, however, the path for this measure is still unclear.

Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC): "The one legitimate question that's being asked now are we about to do something where Congress will forever be settling the disputes through Congressional action? I think that's a bad precedent and something that resonates with me."
