Elon Musk is already not fully human, but rather is of nephilim descent. His significant other (off/on) is a self-professed demon. Anyone who has seen Musk's unclothed body can fully see that his body is distorted, so full of parasitic archons he is. He is a minion of Lucifer bringing on Transhumanism as prophecied in Daniel 2:43 "And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay."
Some may recall the writing of William Gibson, author of The Matrix and whose short story became the film Johnny Mnemonic. There is no off switch.
Both Klaus Schwab and Andrew Bourla have stated that the jab program has been a 'global' human trial, which is why there were no 'scientific' trials prior to rollout of the genetic alterations.
In 1995 the DoD and DARPA began OPERATION NANO DOMESTIC QUELL to place nanotechnology (graphene oxide) into the municipal water, beverage, food and drug systems which was to be activated with the as-yet undeveloped WiFi and 5G - for human manipulation and population control.
Mankind is already full of nanotechnology and so the neural lattice (William Gibson called it 'neural lace', and known as SMART DUST because it SELF-ASSEMBLES), so the groundwork is laid on all human bodies for his "new" Neuralink to launch.
If there IS an 'off switch', it's TURNING OFF THE CELLPHONE TOWERS AND SATELLITES INCLUDING THE ONES MUSK OWNS.
Incredibly, clusters of satellites are called "constellations', with each company/entity have their own proprietary star system.
