Putin has failed to break OSCE security body -U.S.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has "failed demonstrably to break the OSCE", or Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, just as he "failed to break Ukraine with his vicious invasion," U.S. Under Secretary of State Victoria Nuland said on Thursday (December 1), during a ministerial meeting of the group in Lodz, Poland.
