After nine months of fighting, Ukrainian troops have liberated many towns and cities from Russian occupation. But now authorities are warning civilians to leave recaptured areas due to a lack of power and supplies. More than 40 per cent of the nation's power grid has been damaged by Russian attacks, leading to blackouts across the country. Michael Vincent reports.
