Daytime Observation - Two Balloons Tied Together with String

The other day I was sitting outside, and I noticed two black things floating together. As they got closer, I was able to discern them as two balloons, tied together with a string, with helium in them. Probably party balloons.

This video isn't a UFO, but it is an example of what two dark balloons could look like while filmed from further away.
