In this video I am joining the Jam it up June Collaboration and I will show you how to prepare my pear lime jam. It is really good and not at all like you expect. Our neighbor made a face when I mentioned the name, but after I gave him a jar, a couple weeks later he came back asking for more. So now whenever I take them up a package of goodies, I always make sure the pear lime jam is included.
