Welcome to Reconstitution Part 8a!

I had to break this down into 2 series while incorporating
the Psychological Operations series. The purpose is to give
a general rough overview of the purpose of Q according to
17th SOG, while incorporating psychological operations, and
giving general examples of game theory. An introduction of
"Q Learning" and it how it could be used into the bigger plan
with the possibility of using super computers and quantum
calculations of dealing with the deep state's removal.
