INGREDIENTS :

650 grams baby potatoes ( 23 oz )
2 tablespoons olive oil ( 26.6 grams )
1/4 teaspoon salt ( 0.57 grams )
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper ( 0.58 grams )
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary ( 0.56 grams )
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley ( 0.39 grams )
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder ( 0.39 grams )

INSTRUCTIONS :

.par boil 650 grams baby potatoes ( approximately 15 to 20 minutes )
.drain and dry potatoes
.Place potatoes onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper & partly mash
.drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil
.sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt
.sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper,1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
.sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
.place in a preheated oven 180 c / 356 f for 25 TO 30 minutes
