This truck was destroyed in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone by what I believe is a TM-62 anti-vehicle land mine.

I doubt that it was a Ukrainian mine because the reactor incident around Chernobyl is widely known in Ukrainian society. Ukrainians would not dig in the radioactive dirt around the zone.

Also note that Ukraine would have a map of the minefield. Anti-tank mines can be dug up and re-used, so you need to know exactly where you placed each one. Ukraine would have had a map of the emplaced mines and they would have marked off that area with warning signs when they retook the region after the Russians evacuated.
