Seapower & the State - Pacific US prewar turn

The Pacific Fleet responds to the Soviet Navy's apparent positioning for war. Two CVBGs deploy to cover the shipping lanes across the Pacific, and one CVBG leaves the West Coast and transits to Pearl as a reserve. The Subic Bay CVBG moves to cover the SE Asia shipping lanes while the Indian Ocean CVBG pursues the Minsk BG west of Australia.
The majority of SSNs follow the Soviet SS/SSNs threatening the shipping lanes, while a few SSNs move quickly to under-ice positions before the Soviets finish their mining ops.
