Taking the 150s for a Ride

Took the 150s for a ride today….

I’m still lifting big weights, but instead of doing cheat reps to failure, I am doing as many perfect reps as I can right up to failure. My joints feel much better and as I age, it decreases my risk of injury since I can control the weight through a full range of motion.
